Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to plan your trip: your name, contact details, dates and any needs you tell us about. We use it to prepare your quote and itinerary, share it with guides and camps only as far as your booking requires, and never sell it. We handle personal data in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, and you can ask for it to be corrected or deleted at any time.

Booking Terms

• A quote is free and carries no obligation. A trip is confirmed when you accept a written itinerary and pay the deposit.
• Prices are per person in US dollars and include park fees and listed transfers unless the itinerary says otherwise.
• Dates can be changed with notice; the itinerary states any cost. Travel insurance is recommended.

Safari Safety Code

• Stay inside the vehicle unless your guide says it is safe to step out.
• Keep a respectful distance and never feed or call to animals.
• Follow your guide’s instructions at all times, especially on foot and near water.
• Tell us about medical needs and allergies before you travel.
