We collect only what we need to care for you: contact details, dental and medical history, scans and treatment notes. They are stored securely, used only by the team treating you, and shared with an insurer only for claims you ask us to make. We never sell your data or share it for marketing. You can ask for a copy of your records, or a correction, at any time.

Terms of Service

• Online bookings are requests until we confirm them on WhatsApp or by phone.
• Please give us 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel, so we can offer your slot to someone else.
• You get a written estimate before treatment; if the plan changes, we stop and agree it with you first.
• Payment is due after treatment, or follows your agreed instalment plan.
