Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to handle an enquiry or an admission: names, contact details, your child’s age and class, and anything you tell us about their needs. We use it to reply, to plan visits and to run the school.

We never sell it. We share it with others only where the law requires, or where you ask us to, for example a previous school. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time. We handle personal data in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act.

Admissions Terms

A place is offered after a visit, an application and, where relevant, an assessment. It is confirmed when you accept the offer in writing and pay the registration fee.

• Fees are billed per term and are due before the term starts.
• A term’s notice is required to withdraw a child.
• The school may change fees with a term’s notice.
• The registration fee is not refundable.

Safeguarding

Every adult who works at Greenfield is vetted and trained in child protection. We have a named safeguarding lead, a clear reporting route for staff, parents and children, and we follow the Children Act of Kenya.

If you are worried about a child, call the admissions desk and ask for the safeguarding lead.
