Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to respond to you and act for you: your contact details and what you choose to tell us about the matter. It is held in confidence, used only by the partners working on it, and never sold or shared for marketing. We handle personal data in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, and you can ask for a copy of what we hold, or for it to be corrected or deleted where the law allows.

Terms of Retention

• We act for you only once the terms are agreed in writing, including the scope of work and the fee for each stage.
• Fees are quoted by milestone, in line with the Advocates Remuneration Order, and disbursements are itemised before they are incurred.
• You may end the retainer at any milestone; fees for work already done remain payable.
• Everything you tell us is confidential and privileged.
