Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to plan your trip: your name, contact details, dates and any needs you tell us about. We use it to prepare your quote and your itinerary, share it with camps and guides only as far as your booking requires, and never sell it. We handle personal data in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, and you can ask for it to be corrected or deleted at any time.

Terms of Booking

• A quote is free and carries no obligation. A trip is confirmed only when you accept a written itinerary and pay the deposit.
• Prices are per person in US dollars and include park fees and listed transfers unless the itinerary says otherwise.
• Dates can be changed with notice; the itinerary sets out any cost. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• If you find an identical itinerary at a lower published rate, we will review it and match it where we can.
