Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to respond to you and act for you: your contact details and what you tell us about the matter. It is held in confidence, used only by the advocates and staff working on it, and never sold or shared for marketing. We handle personal data in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, and you can ask for a copy of what we hold, or for it to be corrected or deleted where the law allows.

Terms of Engagement

• The first 30-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation.
• Fees, and what they cover, are set out in a written engagement letter before work begins, using fixed or milestone-based fees wherever the matter allows.
• Any conditional fee arrangement is agreed in writing, only for matters where the law permits it, after we have assessed the merits.
• Filing fees, registry disbursements and similar costs are listed separately before we incur them.
