How we look after your details, how gifts are handled and how we protect the people we work with.
We collect only what we need to process a gift and send a receipt: your name, email, phone number and how you pay. We use it to receipt your gift, to report back and, if you agree, to send updates.
We never sell or swap donor details. The women we work with share personal stories only with their written consent. You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time. We handle personal data in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act.
Gifts are used for the programme you choose. If a programme is fully funded, we use your gift for the nearest one and tell you.
We protect the women and children we work with. Staff and volunteers are vetted and trained, and the daycare pods follow a child protection policy.
If you see something wrong, in our work or in our accounts, tell us. The whistleblower line is confidential, and no one is penalised for raising a concern in good faith.
