Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to handle an enquiry or an admission: names, contact details, your child’s age and any needs you tell us about. We use it to reply, to arrange visits and to run the school.

We never sell it. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time. We handle personal data in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act.

Admissions & Boarding Terms

A place is offered after a visit, an application and an assessment where relevant. It is confirmed when you accept in writing and pay the registration fee.

• Fees are due before the start of each term.
• A full term’s notice is required to withdraw a child.
• Boarders follow the house rules supplied on joining.
• The registration fee is not refundable.

Safeguarding

Every adult at St. Anselm’s is vetted and trained in child protection, and boarding houses follow the Children Act. A named safeguarding lead and a pastoral team are available to every child, and any concern can be raised with them in confidence.
